Terms of Service: Legal Agreement for Using the SilverDaddie Platform

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and SilverDaddie ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the SilverDaddie website located at silverdaddie.net, related mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the Platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, as detailed in Section 9.

SilverDaddie provides a digital platform designed to facilitate social connections, networking, and communication between consenting adults, with a focus on mature communities. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• User profile creation and management.
• Tools for discovering and connecting with other users.
• Secure messaging and communication features.
• Curated content, including articles and community features.
• Platform administration and user support.

We may add, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at our sole discretion without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you post or transmit through the Platform. To use our Services, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2. Provide accurate and current registration information.
3. Maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.

• Uploading viruses or malicious code that disrupts the Platform's functionality.
• Collecting or harvesting any information about other users without their express consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account, as outlined in Section 7.

The SilverDaddie Platform, including its original content, features, functionality, design, layout, logos, trademarks, and the "SilverDaddie" name, are and shall remain the exclusive property of SilverDaddie and its licensors. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of our proprietary material.
• Use our trademarks or branding in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.

Any content you submit to the Platform (e.g., profile information, messages, photos) remains your property. However, by submitting it, you grant SilverDaddie a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SilverDaddie, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any statements or conduct of any user in connection with the Services.

In no event shall SilverDaddie's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid SilverDaddie, if any, in the past six months for the Services giving rise to the claim.

This limitation of liability is a fundamental part of the basis of the bargain between you and SilverDaddie and shall apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Your use of the SilverDaddie Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

SilverDaddie expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any warranty that the results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable.
• Any warranty regarding the quality, safety, or legality of any user content or connections made through the Platform.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from SilverDaddie or through the Platform, will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion tools within the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, typically by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address associated with your account.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
